Affordable, convenient accommodation

Excellent service, clean rooms, conveniently located, close proximity to shopping mall, Boulders and Mall of Africa, Gautrain station, linking you to OR Tambo International airport and Sandton close by for those that enjoy more upmarket shopping and dining experiences

Terrible condition

I was accommodated on 24 march 2022. The receptionist guy is very friendly. The bed condition is terrible , no air condition, no plugs for coffee kettle. Tv with no remote, when i asked for TV remote I was told they dont have I need to switch it on manually with only Chanel O that is playing. I will never book this property ever again it is very terrible.

Terrible experience

General manger Lutifa had the most appalling customer service!! Not understanding or accommodating of a guests frustration. I would not recommend staying here.. Place is in a not in a safe location and property is not well kept or maintained at all.

Horrible service with a very rude receptionist

This thing is Rubbish..... ANDiSIWE THE RECEPTIONIST was very rude and insulting... Busy on the phone and eating McDonald's....
Power cuts... No generator..... Rooms smelling badly.... No air-conditioning..... For the price... It's literally flushing money down the drain...
This things must be shut down immediately....

Terrible Breakfast ,Rooms , uncomfortable bed,EVERYTHING .

My name is Nomathemba D from Pretoria, I was there this weekend from 5 to 7 October it was terrible . the first day we check in I was shocked to see the rooms , yes two guys at the reception are friendly and welcoming but room was small like the back room in the township and the carpet smelling and my baby have sinus so that room was terrible she was sneezing the whole night her nose were blocked ,no air condition or heater the curtains not wild enough to close the window. the door was broken was even afraid to sleep. breakfast was terrible non options.
TV was terrible only 1 channel is clear no DSTV . the TV remote battery was coming out please do not go there the pictures on the internet are lies may be first time it was like that but if you want a township back room you can go there terrible experience waste of money you will never see me there again even my 16 yr old baby was complaining .
