Nice place

Nice place, but their pool is full of unsupervised, loud young kids. Maybe the staffs children. They made relaxing or using the pool with my family impossible. Otherwise, good rooms and nice central location

Inexpensive Guesthouse, good for the price, nice pool

There are half a dozen guest houses in a row here, I planned to stay a few extra days in Kampot and ended up here. The rooms are pretty big and airy, Hot water! good wifi, nice facility. The pool was clean and refreshing. All told, I enjoyed the place.

Everything is broken and no one speaks English except " you pay".
Extremely rude staff. They promise to clean everyday and Never do.
Pool could be great but is always full of children fully clothed which leaves the water very dirty and covered with hair so forget an evening swim under the moon.
Nice common terrace outside our rooms window but always full of the backers from the DORM till late and with no staff on duty at night to say anything can get absurd.
Day we left one guest attacked by the staff's dog and had to pay 450 dollars for hospital care and was not even given a free night in his room.
This hotel COULD be good but the owners do not care . The place is a dump so if you are not a backpacker who only wants a cheap DORM you will be very disappointed.

Horrible Experience

A staff completely out of the hospitality spirit, the room was infested by mosquitoes, the swimming pool half empty and dirty, no arrangement from the hotel management (just a proposal for 2$ back ! ) so we decided to leave, even if we paid for the 2 nights already ...
