Potential for this hotel

This hotel has a very good potential with a beautiful garden, beautiful outdoor bungalows, arranged around a large swimming pool, and maybe a nice dining room upstairs (under construction when we were there, we had lunch downstairs at the bar ).
We were alone in the hotel at that time but the reservation of 2 bungalows was made for 2 months with a confirmation 1 day before our arrival, they could have anticipated by starting the pool and check the cleanliness especially bathrooms.
Welcoming was very charming and smiling from a lady (who does not speak a word of English and so it is very complicated to make herself understood).
The main room of the large bungalow (3 beds) was clean with folded towels on the bed, perfume diffuser, water bottles. There is a fridge a hair dryer, towels, toothbrush and shower products. On the other hand I had to clean the bathroom which was very dirty at the level of the tiles, the mirror had stains everywhere, the tablet, the blocked sink, insects on the floor and the shower head that was leaking (repaired pretty quickly) so not great. The pool is not maintained, the water is green c is a shame. Breakfast is salty (nothing sweet) it is good (rice or seafood noodles, plus a tube of nescafé).
You have to rent a scooter or take a tuk tuk because there is nothing nearby. We recommend 2 restaurants: Captain Chim and the Kep at sea.
Despite these some inconveniences it was still very good and we hope the hotel bets everything for the good season as it could be a great place unlike other in Kep, it is really holiday and this Jungle Mood is superb.
The lady present all day was super nice and helpful.
It would be a shame with such potential that it perishes.

Great staff, but the facilities need a refresh

First of all, I have no complaints about the staff and management. Very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is lovely, although the poolside chairs & tables are quite old & worn. That kind of describes everything -- quite old and worn. This place has a lot of potential, but unless some serious attention is given to repair and maintenance needs (some areas need a remodel/refit), then it's going to be unusable in a few years.

A must stop!

As an Expat- I visited over Pchum Ben. It was lovely. If you need a place to stay in Kep, check out this place. Amazing staff, great location, peaceful and wonderful food! I would stay again if I ever find myself in Kep! Great work!
Only downside- limited food options from in resort dinning- but this is due to covid.

Nice short break

Lovely hotel with a lovely breakfast of eggs/omlette a and fresh baguettes. Unfortunately the weather let us down but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool!! Would definitely stay here again. Room was comfortable with a really good shower and air con.
