- restaurant lacked flavours
- staying on third floor you can hear all the noise from the streets, I’d recommend staying on the 5th floor for a more peaceful sleep

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
I was extremely hungry late at night and ordered a full KFC meal for delivery. When the food arrived, I went downstairs to pick it up—only to find it missing. I asked the night-shift guy with glasses what happened. He casually told me that “someone else took it.” I asked him to check the CCTV to see who took my order, and he refused, then started shouting at me aggressively.
Honestly, it felt like he ate my food and didn’t dare show the footage. His attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Because of this, I immediately cancelled all my upcoming bookings of this hotel. This hotel does not deserve four stars—not even one with staff like this.
The night-shift staff was so hostile that it made me question if he deserves this job. I’ve been traveling around the world for ten years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered hotel staff who might have eaten a guest’s food and then yelled at the guest on top of it. Absolutely disgraceful.
Avoid this place at all costs.

How was a theft handled ?
As a guest at the Auria Delight Hotel, you can access the the buffet at the Aurea Central Hotel.
A few days ago, I left my jacket there. In the evening, I went to the reception desk to retrieve it. The buffet employee was there and told where he had left it at the reception desk. The receptionist explained that a driver had inadvertently taken it. It was agreed that I would come back the next day, which I did. As the so-called driver could not be contacted, I asked what had really happened. Embarrassed, the receptionist asked for another 24 hours. The next day, as the situation had not changed, I asked to see the manager.
The receptionist refused.
I specified that this jacket contained something important that I cared about. Wanting to know what it was, I obviously did not answer.
I understood that the management of this hotel did not attach any importance to this incident. I therefore make the following observations:
1/ Either the employee on duty at the buffet did not give my jacket to the reception desk (unlikely given his reaction that evening), or someone at the reception desk helped themselves to it, in which case I leave it to the reader to judge the lack of professionalism of this reception desk.
2. The lack of transparency and the casual attitude of the management towards an incident that must be qualified as theft.
3. The amount of compensation offered did not take into account the value of the jacket and its contents. More generally, at no time did any employee inquire about the prejudice.

Value for money
Went there during WPT 2025, given the price point this hotel is a pretty good deal. The hotel is ~15 mins drive from nagaworld casino. There is no breakfast in this hotel, so plan accordingly. Given that its easy to commute in PP it not an issue.
