Best hotel in Phnom Penh
Very convenient location, all main offices are nearby and river front is also very close to hotel. Rooms are clean and overall hotel atmosphere is nice. Staff are very friendly. Specially Mr Sophea is very helpful and nice person. He made our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser hotel in Phnom Penh. The location was excellent, conveniently situated close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was great with choices from authentoc Khmer food.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Cozy and good location
