Absolutely Great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful first home in Phnom Penh
We honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay at Parc21.
From the moment we arrived, the service was next level. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. As newcomers to Phnom Penh, that kindness and patience meant so much to us. It was a breath of fresh air and made our first days in a new country so much easier.
The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looked after, and we always felt that we could ask for help whenever we needed it.
We actually felt sad leaving today, which says everything about how warmly we were treated. Parc21 wasn't just a place we stayed — it became our first little home in Cambodia.
We would happily recommend Parc21 to anyone visiting Phnom Penh, and we will absolutely be back! ❤️
Thank you to the entire Parc21 team for making our first experience in Cambodia so special.

stay away !

I left this place two months ago and now in another apartment building about 2 km away and NONE of these problems have occurred. But Parc 21 is very unusual. In my travels to 23 countries, I've never seen so many problems in one hotel/apartment building. It was like a circus that never ended. About 40 percent of the building residents are either long term renters and/or owners. They are NOT obligated to obey building rules. This means, hammering at midnight, check out agoda reviews for proof. It means smoking in rooms with no enforcement of the no smoking rule. The smell can be nauseating and reception will always claim NOBODY smokes. It means door slamming, loud neighbours and virtually no enforcement. It's like the management and staff are afraid of the unit owners and long-term guests. In short, there is NOTHING luxury about this poorly built, no sound proofing and badly management place. You have been warned. Photo below. After one room was basically unusable due to cigarette smoke, reception showed me another room with a partly used pack of cigarettes left behind by the former Chinese renter.

Unforgettable moment

I had a wonderful experience at Parc21 Hotel. Nice swimming pool. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Radeth, the Head Receptionist, for his warm welcome, and kind assistance. He was attentive, Friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
I truly appreciate the great hospitality and would highly recommend Parc21 Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Phnom Penh. I will definitely come back again!

Great stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a relaxing place to stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the facilities and appreciated the excellent service throughout my visit.
