Best

Excellent new hotel, service is high, staff are super nice, polite, intelligent, will help with any matter, speak excellent English. Lots of breakfasts to choose from, everything is delicious, fresh, every morning they give fruit.
Cleaned every day, quality clean. The rooms on the ground floor with access to the swimming pool are completely cool, and there is excellent noise insulation, no sounds from the kitchen, loud staff or any other outside noise.
The location is also good, close to the center with all the activity, but remote enough not to hear any walks.
The girls at the reception have a separate respect, very nice and friendly.

All staff were so polite and always helpful. Nothing was too difficult for them. The location was ideal and not too close to the hussle and bustle of the riverside activity. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and cool. Really important in such a hot humid climate.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I liked how small it was and how private it felt. I also really liked the abundance of nature and greenery, and the geckos, which I adore. The pool was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The ladies working at the hotel deserve the utmost respect and recognition; it was the staff who made my stay so fantastic. I recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful stay in a hotel that should higher in the TA ratings!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little boutique hotel, and felt the value for money was exceptional. It’s situated on a quiet side street but near lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries, and an easy walk to the riverside and across to the French quarter and the busier Pub Street area. Reception and public areas though small are stylish, with some nice mid century modern furniture and lots of greenery and local art.
Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, the bed large and comfortable and the sunny little balcony overlooked the pool. The pool was small but good for a refreshing dip. Breakfast was à la carte and delicious. Best of all though was the amazing staff, who were endlessly polite, professional and helpful, and assisted us with all of our questions and queries. We had booked last minute and had requested a room on the top floor, which wasn’t available the day we arrived. The staff were apologetic that they couldn’t fulfil this request, but they didn’t forget and they let us know as soon as a room on a higher floor became available, and moved our luggage up on our behalf.
Perhaps the only downside was that, being a small hotel, at busier times there weren’t always enough sun loungers available, and, strangely, there are no steps in to the pool! But these are small quibbles in an overall excellent stay. I will definitely be back!
