AMAZING HOTEL
I have been in Hospitality Industry for the past 45 years. Traveled all over the world. One of the best hotel that I have stayed. Staff EXCELLENT. Cleanliness EXCELLENT. Service EXCELLENT. Attention to details EXCELLENT. Can't wait ti visit the hotel next year.

Before we even entered the door of this lovely hotel, a man came running out, in silent rain, to pick up our bags for us. Subsequently, two women with umbrellas came out to keep me and my friend from getting wet. Already here the service was top! We had booked four nights here and it has been the best place of our whole trip so far. You felt seen and heard all the time and the staff were the most beautiful people. Every time you walked out the door, you were greeted with a smile and asked until what to do and if they should help with transportation. Every time we came home again, one was met with a real interest in how one’s day had been and what one had experienced. After just a few days, I actually had a feeling that I knew the people who work at “the community”.
Our room was lovely bright and welcoming and again the service was at the top with the cleaning. Breakfast was great and there was a good selection, of both local dishes but also other. My friend and I are on a two-month trip around Asia and unfortunately only have 4 days here in Siem Reap, but how happy we are, however, we chose to stay at the hotel “the community”, which has helped to make our experience of the country amazing!
If you’re going to visit Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel!

5 Star Hospitality on a Budget
5 star service at a budget-friendly price. All amenities are thoughtfully provided, makibg the stay comfortable and convenient. Afternoon tea with sweets and fruits is a lovely touch. Place is full of natural plants that makes it relaxing and practical the eyes. Exceptional service

Wonderful hotel and services
The hotel was very clean and organized. The rooms were big and the AC worked perfectly. The standout was the excursion booking service that the hotel provides. Our driver, Khean, drove us for 3 days from the airport, to Angkor Wat, and across to the waterfall. Exceptional service and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
