Foreign tourists who don't speak French are hard.

I was asking for a round trip airport transfer at the hotel. On the day, they asked me to call them when I got to the airport. I contacted the hotel at the airport, but only understood French. I was asked to take a taxi to the hotel myself because there was no transfer. It took quite a while even to check in due to language issues. I used a translation app, but I couldn't get any conversation going at all because of all the strange translations, probably because of my strong French accent. We used the app in other countries in French-speaking countries, and it was translated without any problems. There was an elevator in the building, but it didn't seem to have any power. It was dark in the cabin. I turned on the faucet to wash my hands, but there was no water at all, and something like brown clay came out. I tried to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, but the remote control had to be tomorrow. I had heard that hair dryers were available for rent at the front desk, but they weren't. It's rare to find a hotel overseas that doesn't speak English at all. If you are not fluent in French, you will not be able to communicate with the front desk staff, so it will be difficult to stay here. We have stayed in many hotels overseas, but none of them have had this much difficulty communicating. The only good thing was that the hotel took me to the supermarket. I managed to get the word supermarket across. They waited until I went shopping at the supermarket. Thank you very much.

unfriendly staff,unreliable shuttle bus,the same food served as breakfast, room not cleaned cosinstently and smelling straff (i had to offer a roll-on to a room attendant ). Not being rude or fussy about the roll-on but seriously they don`t wash.
Overall, i had a bad experience with the door man AKA the old man who offers to wash your car every morning for money, He offered to push my car when it broke down and expected me to pay him in dollars. I offered 1,000CFA for pushing my car for less than 10 yards but he wasnt having it so he made a huge scene out of it and cursed me in BASSA language which i am familliar with but little did he know.

Il y a une bonne volonté chez la responsable pour rénover l.hôtel mais il faut lui trouver l investissement il a un avantage de se trouver au centre de la capitale économique .Le reste il faut attendre l achèvement de son plan de rénovation .
