An amazing price for Banff , it’s a bit like going back to the 1990s in the decor, but for the price it’s really good , lots of facilities like the hot tubs , water slides , free bus pass in and out of Banff and it’s really quite . Would recommend .

Mold in bathtub and toilet. We paid more for this room than any place on our trip and it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was just not very clean. The shower never shut off completely. The front door you had to slam it to get it to close. The curtains were old and had issues. The raw wood in the hall was dirty. There was a cabinet door missing. The assigned parking spot was not near our room. There was a spider and web behind the bathroom door. It was just not what we expected or paid for.

For over $300 USD a night, it needs a lot of cleaning and updating. The wallpaper was either ripped and/or heavily stained. Unsure what the stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom were. Lampshades and vents were very filthy. The outside didn’t look anywhere near as nice as the resorts around it. Did not check out pool area. Garage parking was nice.

As returning guests, we found the resort to be consistent with our previous stays. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, though the property is beginning to show its age in some areas.
Our only concern was an interaction at the pool. We were asked to complete waivers, which was perfectly reasonable. However, when I tried to assist my husband by filling in some of the required information, the staff member responded in a manner that felt unnecessarily abrupt and unfriendly, insisting that he complete all of the information himself. Although the issue itself was minor, the way it was handled left us feeling uncomfortable. Aside from that experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The proximity to the Roam shuttle stop made it so convenient. While we didn't use the indoor pool/water slides, etc, I think this would be great for kids, grandkids. We enjoyed watching a deer feeding on the brush from our balcony.
