Love the location of this hotel. Front staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was slow only because i was having issues with my debit card. The staff was very patient. I booked a Jr suite. I was not expecting the room to be the size it was. It was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size and clean; however, I did see see mold on the tub edges. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice space for a family of 5, and kids enjoyed the indoor pool and squash. However it seems the AC doesn’t work, and we relied on fans. During out time the air quality was smoky for several days from remote fires, and the morning after we checked in I noticed the window was left open behind the curtain.

Good location near downtown. They had in-house restuarant which has good options to purchase. Rooms were like dublex with 2 rooms upstairs and sofa bed downstairs.

Condo was dated and in need of renovation, unfortunately also had a smell. Shuttle was great to get in and out of town

I’m not sure what pictures we saw online that lead us to believe this was a nice place to stay, but for our $1200 we could have had a much nicer hotel that was in or closer to town, didn’t have a disappointingly small and uncomfortable bed, a room that didn’t look trashy and outdated, and we wouldn’t have required the use of a shuttle that, although it was free, could hardly get you into town before 9am and then wouldn’t have return trips but every couple of hours. Super inconvenient. We were only in town for 2 nights and hardly spent any time in the room, so we definitely didn’t utilize kitchen or living spaces (which weren’t all that fantastic anyway), but if you were staying longer I could see how that might have been useful The restaurant was good but opened at a random time. We also witnessed a guest come into the lobby and tell the front desk person that the trash by the self-serve water was full (like overflowing), and instead of calling someone to take care of it or do it herself, the front desk lady gave her a trash bag and gloves to do it herself!?
