WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!

My first room, someone else with a key card walked in on me naked. My 2nd room I walked in on an entire family. My 3rd room was disgusting. I left, and they lied saying I stayed and won’t refund me. I booked this room from booking.com who won’t help refund me either. They say the hotel has to refund me. I never stayed here, and honestly don’t know who would. I went back to the airport and got my “rest” on a bench there. I preferred that over this “hotel”. There was no TV and the air conditioning didn’t even work. The reservation promised that and a clean room. This place looked like homeless people lived in it. Is smelt horrible, and looked liked actual human feces was smeared on the window curtains. I would give this negative stars if that were an option.

Worse experience

I can't believe how come this garbage hotel still runing it should be shutdown by the city I have never seen a kind of dirty stinky place our plane was for six night it end out with one night that was a nightmare the bed smile a pet urine coildn't sleep ...please find another pls but not this one..my mistake was that I didn'T CHECK THE REVIEWS so don't be stupid like me .

Disappointed

1- the room - hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes.
2- the room was dirty. Sheets and bed is dirty , burnt marks on the sheets
Pillows are dirty. All of this cause my allergies to be bad.
3- the bathroom is clogged
4- the roof has leaks on it
When we got to the hotel. We couldn’t check it for 30 mins because the staff couldn’t find my reservation.
5- the staff said “It’s not 5 stars hotel “. I have stayed in 3 stars hotel before this hotel shouldn’t be 2 stars even.
The staff was so rude ... and treated us wrong. I work in customer service and clients should never treated this way.
Pay extra 10-20 dollars and stay somewhere safe and clean.

SCABIES and COCKROACHES

BEWARE of COCKROACHES and SCABIES never have I seen such a dirty hotel I can’t believe I got scabies the girl at the front desk was so rude made me wait 4 hours to talk to the manager that never showed they don’t care there a health hazard to people absolutely DISGUSTING the more people who call heath Canada they will be shut down by law they have to exterminate they don’t care or won’t please if you had issues call heath Canada to thanks

Horrific

BEDBUGS!! dirty stains everywhere dirty carpets smells of cigarettes front desk gives no resolution rude...changed rooms no wifi tv one chanel ...stay away since it is infested..it was suppose to be a quick stay however now stuck doing laundry and cleaning out the house to make sure no infestation happens in our home...very terrible
