The restaurant food is amazing and diverse. The bar is very entertaining and full of all kinds of drinks. Not very crowded. Cozy. Beautifully decorated.

The female front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful. When I arrived yyc I called for the shuttle and spoke to a female. I confirmed I was at Bay 17 as required and was told the shuttle would be there at 45 mins

selected this hotel for an overnight layover flight, free airport shuttle was convenient and drivers both ways helpful. The room was clean, however the shower knobs were impossible to read- i had to call maintenance to show me how to turn it on and even then had to use a flashlight to see the directions. also the tub was slippery and i saw no mat. having a minifridge was helpful. On checkout, I had planned on using the last of my Canadian money towards the bill, but front desk said it had already been billed to my credit card. The food in the restaurant was good, but the gal rarely checked in with me. Overall, it was not a bad experience but things could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the rooms are clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
However, there was a power outage in the middle of the night during my stay. After the power came back on, the fire alarm in my room began making noise and continued for a long time, making it almost impossible for me to sleep.
In the morning, the manager came to my room, removed the faulty fire alarm, and resolved the issue. I was also given a breakfast voucher as an apology. I appreciated the way the manager handled the situation and responded to the problem. Nevertheless, it was very disappointing that I barely got any sleep because of the noise.

Room is very clean and staff is fantastic. I suggest you go at night at Tonic Bar and sit at the bar and if you are lucky to be served by Nancy, you will have a great evening as she puts a nice ambiance to the place and she is Lovely and a very good asset to this hôtel. There is Also the hot tubs on the roof top that are amazing Thank you for making my stay enjoyable Joanne xx
