Family fun had by alll

They could not find my prepaid reservation. It took other staff members and a deep dive into the system to find it after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes. Other than that, everything was good.

Overall, a positive experience. Will return to stay here again.

Great location on the south end of Calgary. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Ample parking. Helpful staff. Hot and cold breakfast options. We only stayed one night and didn't make use of the many amenities, but ... maybe next time! We'll be back.

It was clean, for the most part quiet, until the Hockey players got there. The air conditioner/Heater is noisy. Close to other amenities. Great staff.
