Rooms are bit dated could do with a lick of paint, but the bed was big & comfy. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Only one chair on balcony, bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze, but shower works well. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Price included breakfast which was a bonus. Really good restaurant 2 minutes away. Fifty Tap & grill.

Rather dated and tired, but the rooms were quite big, and spotlessly clean. Reception staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a king room with ocean view...if you went to the corner of the deck and stood on your toes you could catch a glimpse over the over grown hedge, one of the plastic chairs on the deck was broken, the coffee mugs were dirty and when we went to get fresh ones there was nobody at the desk and we rang and nobody came, in the bathroom there was a list of the all the environmental soaps and lotions they offered and there were just 3 soaps which did not match the description. The Heron's Landing might have been a nice place a while back but it its current state it needs a major update.

The decor is dated but the room was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils, but no cloth or sponge to wash dishes or a tea towel to dry them.
The location was fantastic - the only downside was the availability of parking. Any time we went out for an evening, we had to park across the road on the highway.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Only problem was the tub did not drain while I showered.
