Comfortable and pleasant

Second stay for us. The first in 2023 in the west coast motel section. Comfortable room, quiet and very useful kitchenette. This year we were in an apartment and it went beyond our expectations. Clean, more than full kitchen, bathroom with a large shower and bedroom with a really comfortable king bed. The apartments are located at the back of the main building and they are quiet.
We appreciate this property for the proximity to the beach (big maximum 10 minutes walk) and its quiet location. Always clean, Service at the top.

Surpassed our expectations

I can't say enough about hw much we enjoyed the apartment we stayed in recently. This section of the hotel is newly build taking into consideration everything one could need on vacation. Really big apartment that can accomodate 4 people comfortably
The king size bed is extremely comfortable and the linen smells clean.
The kitchen is well equiped and all the appliances are new and well maintained. The staff is exetrmely pleasant and try to make your stay is as nice as possible.
It's a lot closer to the public beach than i thought...10 min walk max.
I highly recommend apartment 45 at the back, although all apartments are really well insulated and sound proof.

Better than you think!

The place is clean, the owner is very nice, the rooms have been updated after a fire, nice showers and a small bar.
The staff is super helpful and very accommodating.
Short walk to the best coffee shop, local restaurants and brewery!
My place when Im in town.
The running trails are also very close ( 2.5k from sentier des Éperlans via Ch des Eperlands and Ch Bouchard) From there you can get lost and have fun!

Nice stay in Carleton-sur-Mer

A new and large kitchenette was included in our unit. This room was quite large and very comfortable as well. Normally there is a bar on-site, but it was closed due to covid. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, there were a few drawbacks related to its location: compared to most other hotels in the area: there was no great seaside view and it was located a bit further out from the beach and the restaurant area.

Very good motel for its category

Reservation by phone was a breeze, the receptionist pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival a few days later, she had a friendly smile and the room ready. Located far away from the road, the room was not only quiet but clean & spacious containing a comfortable queen bed with a complete kitchenette (utensils, pots, dishcloth, etc). Bathroom was also roomy and offered the usual toiletries and white towels. Hot water took a minute or two to make it but that was it. The only problem was the wifi connection: it was almost non-existent in the room, better in the hallway but very slow nonetheless. I mentioned the issue to the receptionist the next morning and was told that the connection had been slow for everyone in the past 24 hours. Other than that, we had a pleasant overnight stay.
