We were a large group of 7 and booked the multi room family unit. There was lots of space for everyone and we didn’t feel crowded. The kids and adults enjoyed the waterslide. We enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. It filled us up before our day out in Drumheller.

Awful experience
Yikes! Don’t even consider this place — our two night stay was a nightmare. Dilapidated 1950’s style, threadworn motel vibe. Water slide out of commission due to repairs, pool area unusable if you can’t stand the din of workmen and machinery, rooms not cleaned, belligerent front desk manager who loudly threatened to throw us out when we complained, then chased us down on the street to apologize for his unhinged outbursts. We were promised a refund for this mess, but it was cancelled the moment we left. We’ve often stayed at a Best Western, but man, this place is way below their usual standards. Try the Radisson next door instead.

Good Sleep
Walking distance to McDonald's and BostonPizza. Yummy continental breakfast, lots of options including green tea selection. Outdoor patio to eat at. Lovely fluffy pillows. Loved that we could access the room from outside. Mix of workers and families. The pool and waterslide were great but needed to be cleaned. The room was dated but comfortable.

Total dump
This hotel is a dump - no two ways about it. Our room was not cleaned. The furniture is from 1992. The curtains are tattered. The beds squeak. We came back to find our keys didn’t work and now we’re stuck in line behind several other people with similar complaints and one guy working the front desk. The waterside was broken during our stay. I was told they don’t have enough staff. It’s a complete disaster. Do not stay here!
