This place is great
This is a great place.. friendly staff.. had a snack in the lounge. The gentleman running was alot of fun . We will stay again

Truly Terrible Experience
We stayed in this hotel for four days during K Days. We were working the event so this was a work trip. The first night was fine but we found that half of the room didn't have power. I let the front desk know in the morning that this was the case and they said that they would have someone look at it. No one came to look at it. In fact no one came into the room at all that day and so there was no cleaning service done, very delightful after coming back to the room after a 13 hour work day. The breakfast service: be extremely wary of what the website is showing and saying online. There was truly nothing appetizing about their breakfast and the bacon, sausage and pancakes? Don't count on it, we went in there the first morning and there was nothing of the sorts. Except a standard continental breakfast, you will get nothing more even though they advertise otherwise.
The hotel's photographer shows a very nice hotel for a good price, neither are true. I booked ahead of time thinking that I would get a reduced rate, that was not the case. I found out after the fact that I could've gotten a much better rate if I had just waited to book. This hotel is actually very grungy looking, the carpets are ratty, furniture falling apart. It looks like in the pictures but that is about it.
Unfortunately, we had to extend the stay by a day as the K Days take down turned out to be very late. Instead of looking at my bookings before they called me, they called me asking why my stuff was still in my room since checkout was at 11 am. I told them that my reservation was extended and all they said was "well, no one left me a note". The customer service and treatment of this hotel was truly terrible and I will never stay here again. They put their screw up back on the customers and will do nothing to make you feel any different. I have to travel to Edmonton a lot for work but I will 100% never be returning to this hotel.
If you want a screw around, terrible customer service, a half working half clean room then yes book this hotel, otherwise stay far away.

Stay somewhere else!
The rooms were a mess. There was hair and stains all over the tables and beds. There are only sheets on the bedding and no blankets. No hand soap in the bathroom. Really disappointed

Restaurant was closed, steam room closed and we weren’t told this at check in!
When you check in to a hotel and book multiple rooms for family because we are attending a wedding, you think they would tell you the restaurant won’t be open after breakfast. All items at breakfast were cold! Wooden utensils and paper plates, that’s what we paid for! Steam room closed! Pool has rust all around the edges dripping into the pool!
When I complained at the front desk about everything she smiled and said sorry. When I asked why we weren’t told about all this she just stood there!
No where to eat lunch here. She said we could order in FFS.
