Rooms were very clean. Staff very helpful.
Very busy so the continental breakfast was a bit of a wait. But overall great place to stay!

First room we checked into the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The bathroom had a metal sink which is not appealing. For a 2 person room, only one bath towel was available.
We changed rooms due to the air conditioner issue and new room was bigger. Problem is there was one light switch that controlled all the lighting and the hall light was out. This one switch included lights directly above the head causing an unpleasant spotlight when laying down. Then the corners of the room, desk and sitting area, were way too dark because no lighting was available. At the minimum there should be a desk lamp!
Location of the hotel seems out of the way from most things. Breakfast was ok with eggs, pancakes, waffle machine, sausages, and more.....but no bacon!

Room 511 AC was not working and one of the beds was broken so if two people slept in it you both would roll to the middle

This outdated hotel has several tripping hazards with bumpy carpet. There was a bench seating area completely worn out with holes in it. The pool is a disaster, has rust everywhere the tiles have no grip whatsoever, my husband slipped just slightly and tweaked his backs, the jets on the hot tub didn’t work and the steam room was out of order, had to call twice for towels. There was a good variety of food for breakfast but were unable to keep up with the demand as they only had one worker filling and cleaning. Every surface in the room was sticky or tacky. As for the room, there was a bathroom tile that was damaged. The pull out was a very uncomfortable two inch thick spring mattress that had no sheets on it when we got there, we asked for some sheets as we couldn’t find any just a coverlet and a pillow, the staff kept fighting on us on the different places the sheets could have been instead of just brining us some as requested, we eventually got sheets by 10pm after asking for them at 3:30pm. There was one worker who was trying to be helpful and get them to come make the pull out but her supervisor said “they can do it themselves”. They also fought with us when we asked for extra towels due to the jets in the shower spraying everywhere. There was dust on the outlets and cabinets. There was some shady looking electrical work done with the microwave. The walk to the room was long, we were denied a room change.This was the second worst hotel experience in 40 years of travelling
