Motel Mary's smješten je u kanadskim Stjenjacima, a nudi unutarnji bazen (privremeno zatvoren) i sezonski vanjski bazen te sobe s besplatnim WiFi-jem. Ovaj motel u Britanskoj Kolumbiji udaljen je 2 km od golf i country kluba Golden.

After reading others reviews I was nervous about my selection for a 3 night stay. Before I write my review, I will not be comparing it to a Marriott or other high end Hotels. So many reviews I read compared the two. They cannot be compared. A few things to ask yourself:
1. How much time are you spending in the room?
2. How much money do you want to save or spend?
3. How picky are you with the fine details?
After you answer those questions, if you are spending all day and night in the room, this is not for you. If you like to save money, it will be a good choice, but if willing to spend more, then go hotel. If you're picky, then go to a hotel.
I stayed 3 nights in July. Spent only our nights there, wanted something within budget, and we're not picky people, so this was our choice.
Now the review: Motel was larger than expected with ample parking. It's in a safe area with lots to see and do in the area. A 5 min walk to downtown Golden, containing lots of shops and restaurants. The outside esthetics is old-school with browns and yellows and could use updating. The room, also old-school, but had two beds, tv, air, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Room was very clean and shower was hot with lots of pressure. Bed and pillows were comfy. Outdoor pool was closed (no big deal for us). Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Overall, our experience was good and would recommend staying here as long as your not expecting presidential treatment.

Quick, friendly check in. Lack of amenities. No coffee maker in the room. No towel rack by the sink. Bed was not that comfortable. I did like that I had a ground floor room with parking right out in front of the room to make loading / unloading stuff much easier.

Even though the website shows two pools, an outdoor and indoor, they are both out of service. If their pools are not available they should say that on their website so you don’t book here only to find out there are no pools to enjoy. That was the biggest disappointment for us.
Room was clean, decent size fridge and microwave. Other than that just plain motel with no amenities to enjoy unless you like sitting in a chair in front of your room staring at a parking lot.

Staff were friendly & efficient at check in. Did not like the fact that amenities such as coffee were not restocked at all during my stay. Would have preferred to have garbages emptied, bed made, and coffee restocked daily in addition to extra towels and toilet paper if needed. Bed was not very comfortable. I found it too hard. It would have been nice to have extra pillows to fix the bed. Room smelled kind of musty. It could be the old carpet? Outdoor pool non functional. Also would have preferred a ground floor room instead of a second floor room. Room does not have great soundproofing. Can hear normal conversations and tv in next room very clearly. Location was very convenient in Golden and close to downtown amenities. This was on okay stay for the cost.

Budget hotel but good price compared to other hotels. Clean, basic, comfortable beds. Internet is very weak.
