Very nice hotel the rooms are very clean and the pool is nice and clean too

NOT Accessible
We booked this motel only after my sister and I each called separately to confirm that they could accommodate my daughter, who uses a wheelchair. We specifically asked about accessibility and were repeatedly assured that the room was fully accessible, that she would have no difficulty getting into the room, and that there would be plenty of space inside for her wheelchair.
Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When we arrived, the room had a raised curb with no accessible way for a wheelchair to reach the sidewalk, and the doorway had a five-inch step that made it impossible for her to enter independently. We immediately brought this to the staff's attention. Rather than acknowledging the issue, they insisted they could get her into the room by using portable car ramps (photos attached) to get her over the curb and then placing a board over the doorway step. They maintained that this was a safe solution.
We asked to be moved to a different room where the sidewalk had an accessible incline and the doorway step was only about two inches high, hoping that would at least make access possible. We were told that every room was full and that we had no choice but to accept the room we had been given.
To make matters worse, the staff later claimed that we had never told them my daughter used a wheelchair, despite both of us having called in advance specifically to discuss her accessibility needs.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Accessibility is not about finding makeshift solutions with car ramps and boards after a guest arrives—it's about providing accommodations that are safe, accessible, and accurately represented when people are making travel plans.
If you or a family member have accessibility needs, I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

Fair for a cheap motel; parking is easy; noise isolation is non-existent between bathroom and a room; problematic between different rooms as well. Bed mattress has seen better days.
