Excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. We were very impressed. Thank you.

Will not return

The audacity of them to charge this amount of money for this quality of hotel. The things that were unavailable: Swimming pool, fitness center door wouldn't work so had to get front desk to let us in, ice machines, vending machines, public washroom, banquet hall is growing weeds and full of mattresses. It was a very disappointing stay. We will not be coming back. This is the second time we stayed here. We were here last July and the swimming pool was closed then as well. They should definitely only charge truck stop prices because that is all that it is. This hotel is nothing like other Coast hotels I have stayed at. The price of the room is at least 2 times the price it should be. Totally disgusted!

The room and hotel had the potential to be a nice place to stay, but the toilet had mould in it, the vending machines in the hallways were out of order, the pool was out of order, the coffee pot and blow dryer in the room didn’t work, and the staff at the front desk didn’t seem to know what they were doing. A pre-auth was made on my cc for 250% of the cost of the room, and I was “promised” it would be released on check out. When I asked for documentation of the release of the pre-auth they didn’t know how to provide it. Bad news for me, because they did not release it. I will never stay at that hotel again. Live and learn.

We booked this hotel for the pool, we didn’t know it was out of service before we got there.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. Our first visit went much better. This time our room had a big hole in the ceiling where you could see pipes, the pullout out bed felt like sleeping on a bed of rocks, the toilet was clogged and the pool was still not up and running which made our three kids very unhappy after a 13 hour day of driving. The staff however were super friendly.
