A Perfect Place to Celebrate Our 10th Wedding Anniversary**
My husband and I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Halifax to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our trip.
As a former hotel manager in the Caribbean, I understand the importance of excellent customer service and attention to detail. I know what it takes to create a memorable guest experience, and the team at Four Points by Sheraton Halifax certainly did just that.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, courteous, and eager to help.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Halifax while also offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere to return to after a day of sightseeing. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Celebrating such a special milestone made our stay even more memorable, and we are grateful to the entire team for helping make our anniversary trip so enjoyable. Their kindness and dedication to exceptional hospitality did not go unnoticed.

Think Twice Before Trusting This Hotel With Your Belongings
Extremely Disappointing Experience — No Accountability When It Mattered Most
My experience at Four Points by Sheraton Halifax was extremely disappointing. Personal belongings that had been stored by the hotel on my behalf were lost, and the way this situation was handled afterward was even more frustrating.
Despite months of communication, I have not received a fair resolution. The insurance process has been very disappointing, as the insurer has refused to cover my full loss and advised that pursuing the matter through legal channels may be my only option.
A hotel’s reputation is not only built on its rooms and services, but also on how it protects guests and responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I did not feel that Four Points by Sheraton Halifax took adequate responsibility or showed the level of care and accountability I expected.
I hope management reviews how these situations are handled in the future, because guest trust is difficult to rebuild once it is lost.
