STAY AWAY
Stay as far away from this place as you can. Absolutely disgusting rooms. We arrived and left immediately. I requested a refund which they will not give me. I have never seen a motel as disgusting as this is. Pillows are brown, pee was all over the bathroom wall and floor, walls have holes all over, no fitted sheets on the beds. The bathroom floor felt like you were going to fall through it due to water damage. Absolutely no integrity as an establishment. I didn’t stay at your motel but proceeded to pay for it. If people give you damage deposits, you’re supposed to use them to fix the room. More like a murder scene than a motel, the pictures don’t do it justice. And the hotel WAS FULLY BOOKED, so it’s not like they aren’t busy and making money to fix the disgusting state of the motel. I contacted Expedia to resolve this and they contacted the motel to which the motel said they wouldn’t refund me BECAUSE I STAYED THERE EVEN THOUGH I LEFT IMMEDIATELY AFTER ARRIVING

The website said hot tub and pool, these were not in service.
The room itself was clean, but dated.
The outside area was very run down, needs a good cleaning.
The smell of cigarettes was very noticeable, large coffee cans outside the doors to use as ashtrays.
Looks like the hotel is being used as low income housing.

The floors have never been cleaned. Our feet were black. There is nothing useable in the “kitchen”. Vinyl flooring over large holes that you sink into. Mold in all the vents and air conditioners. No amenities ( towels, soap, cutlery…..).
Free breakfast is old cereal or bread for toasting.

The young woman at the desk was doing her best but needed some help as there was a line up when we checked in. This also occurred when we checked out, including having the continental breakfast all ready on time. I felt concerned for her and felt she tried to do what she could.
The room was fairly clean including the bedding and thankfully it was comfortable. However the room could be improved with painting including the door and baseboards.
There was a loose tile in the bathroom which moved a lot when stepping on it (possible tripping hazard). The soap and shampoo provided was surprisingly minimal and the towels old/threadbare.
The fridge freezer was in need of defrosting. Perhaps it is not working properly.
The hair dryer was malfunctioning and appears broken.
Others staying nearby were up early and quite noisy in the morning- a group of young adult males.
Additionally the cable was not working -no signal available.
For the $100 it cost to stay, the stay was rather disappointing.
I will not be planning to stay here again and will not be recommending this hotel to others.
I hope that things may be improved so that this business can do well.

The room had mold on the window sills and bathtub had mold also carpets where nasty with darks stains and the entry door to the room were lose from the hinges no face clothes and the breakfast was bread slices and cereal.i went outside for a smoke and had 2 separate individuals asking if i wanted to buy drugs.
