Conveniently located Hotel
Hotel is walking distance to visitor center and several eating establishments. The room was clean although the furnishings were a bit outdated and oversized for the size of the room. We ate at both of the on-site restaurants. The service and food was very good. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby with some grab and go food. We did not take advantage of that amenity.

Good location, pricey
When we checked into the hotel, the staff members were not able to find our booking . They gave us an upgrade and free breakfast for inconvenience, but it wasn’t quite to our satisfaction, as the beds were sofa beds and the tv didn’t work .Kitchen was nice, and it was quite clean . No bar in hotel , and the closet one was a mile away .
For the price they should’ve included free bus tickets to lake Louise

NOT room 1216!
When I found this place online, I though WOW!! How lucky are we?!
My husband and I were there mid-Aug 2026, for one night only. Although the room was very clean, we were very disappointed, after paying close to 800$ CAD.
PROS:
-the entrance to the hotel, lobby/lounge area, outside lounge/sitting areas and lower restaurant were great! Clean, renovated, beautiful. Parking was also easily accessible. Elevator available too.
-it was super close to the Lake Louise parking lot! Great when leaving at 5am, maybe a 5-7 minutes drive, VERY convenient! This was why we booked here...
-our bathroom had been renovated and was very clean (no fan--> mirrors were foggy after showering)
-room was very clean (but outdated)
CONS:
-the room looked nothing like the website: very old random furniture from the 80's (some had water marks on them), old alarm clock and a strong old lady perfume smell
-terrible wifi, at best (we weren't able to send pictures or watch a show on our tablet)
-the view outside the window was TERRIBLE! Our view was a wall of windows looking into the restaurant. And on the landing between our bedroom wall and the restaurant wall, was cement debris everywhere. So the curtains stayed closed.
-no AC, but they had older model fans, which worked nicely
All and all, I give this place a 3 stars. I am not a super fancy, but I am very particular about cleanliness and a convenience...which it was.
Would I stay there again? ONLY if I was going to Lake Louise and wanted an early morning parking ...AND only if I was guaranteed a renovated room...NOT room 1216!!! Please update this room!

Great experience
We had a great experience at Lake Louise Inn, both our room (apartment which they kindly upgraded free of charge) and the general services and amenities of the resort where great. We even enjoyed the bikes of the hotel. Very complete stay, they have everything that is needed and more.

We stayed here during a road trip from Banff to Jasper; the location was convenient, with several shops and grocery stores nearby. The room was equipped with a kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals. We didn't use the on-site restaurants. The balcony and spacious room were also very comfortable.
