I will just say - if you need to call ahead to make arrangements to bring a pet to a pet friendly hotel, that should be quite clear in the listing! I've booked at pet friendly places before and never had to make advance arrangements. When I arrived at Comfort Inn I was given a hard time by the front desk (who then allowed me to have my small dog anyways, so I'm not sure why he gave me a hard time / was rude about how I didn't call ahead). I was not able to leave my dog alone in the room at all so could not take advantage of breakfast unless I left her outside in a hot summer car. Will not likely return even though this is a very conveniently located spot for travellers headed out to or returning from Maritime provinces.

Convenient Location, Aging Facility

This is our second or third time staying here.
Pros: Bed was firm but fine. Slept well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is still about what you'd expect, but seemed just a bit less nice than previous visits. (I suspect this is at least partly because of their suppliers.) Halls had strong scents in them, a mix of cleaners and something else. Not sure. Desk chair in the room was in rough shape. Price has gone up.
Overall i'd consider staying here again as it's okay and the location is very convenient as a one night stopover on a trip out east, but for over $200 a night I will likely compare against other options in future.

Clean comfortable beds it was a place to stay that was safe clean and overall a good hotel

The front desk clerk was extremely efficient and looked after our needs when we asked to change rooms (our initial room did not have hot water).
