Rooms was nice and clean and Air conditioner was working perfect, Staff were very kind and friendly, Breakfast was quite enough for a 3 star hotel.
The reasons I didn't give a complete five star were as below:
1- The hotel was on the renovation, and on the nearby floors, the sound of destruction was unbearable (9 am - 6pm)
2- A large number of homeless people and drug addicts were seen around the hotel building.
It is worth noting that after I complained about the loud noise from the renovation work, I was immediately provided with a larger room on a floor further away from the construction area—a gesture that was truly generous and commendable.

Great downtown stay, Justin at the front desk was amazing, loved the building, underground parking and continental breakfast. Only thing I wish there was, more electrical outlets and a side table for my side of the bed. Easy fixes.
Would recommend for travel in downtown london

I have hesitated to add my review especially since this hotel is a Canadian chain.
I specifically chose this hotel because it is Canadian and after reading the good reviews. I have to wonder if they are from legitimate guests.
I8 write this as a single female traveler and I did not feel safe in the neighbourhood. When I went out for dinner last night two men were taking drugs in the parking entrance.
There is signage stating that the hotel is under renovation but I did not see that on my floor. The carpeting in hallways is old and dirty. My room was clean but again dirty carpeting. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I hope the hotel does something about the drug use outside. I will not stay in this hotel again.
