No issues. Clean comfortable and friendly. Room was large and had all amenities we needed. Walls were a little thin as we could hear the people next door to us fairly well

Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The staff ensure everyone is well fed. They’re always bringing out more when things get low.
If you have allergies like me, make sure you ask for a room that hasn’t had pets. I forgot to do so, and was put on the 1st floor in a room that had had pets. My allergies were raging all night.
Pillows are garbage, so bring your own. Air conditioner kept the room cold, which was nice.

Breakfast is a joke

Stayed at this hotel while in the city. First of all the hotel is pretty nice. Check in was smooth and front desk staff friendly. The hotel is clean and room was large with a hot plate and fridge. Only issue in our room was the air conditioner which was very loud. The hotel is very spread out so be prepared to walk.
The issue is the breakfast. The actual area where you eat is a zoo. People treat it as a hang out spot and sit for way longer than they should. I went down an hour before my family and there were several families still sitting taking tables and socializing when I brought my son down. But the biggest problem is the hot food. The staff brings out small amounts every 15 minutes or so and then it is a riot to get the food and it is gone within seconds. My son came down later and looked to get eggs but by the time he got to the front of the line they were gone. Ended up having to get him breakfast elsewhere. Very frustrating. Probably shouldn’t advertise a hot breakfast if they can’t figure out how to keep it stocked.

The hotel is at a great location just outside of London, and is very quiet and clean. Super good hotel for a quiet night during a business trip. Will stay again !

This was a really great stay. The hotel is clean and the staff was really friendly & helpful. Our only complaint was the bed was pretty worn down and hard. Otherwise, we were very impressed!
