A Perfect Weekday Escape — Peaceful, Welcoming and Excellent Massages
We visited Natur’Eau Spa on a Thursday morning with my mother, my sister and my wife for a relaxing family outing, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming and completely removed from the noise and pace of everyday life.
The staff were warm, friendly and genuinely sociable. Everyone we interacted with made us feel comfortable and well looked after without being intrusive. The service was professional, but also personal and relaxed, which suited the setting perfectly.
The massages were one of the strongest parts of the experience. The massage therapists were highly skilled, attentive and clearly experienced. They took the time to understand what each person needed and adjusted the massage accordingly. A very special thank you to Pierre and Bruno, whom we recommend without hesitation. Their professionalism, technique and attention to detail made the treatments exceptional. We all left feeling relaxed, refreshed and extremely satisfied with the quality of the massages.
Visiting on a weekday was also an excellent choice. The spa was very quiet, with no children and almost no background noise. Instead, we could hear the natural surroundings and fully appreciate the peaceful environment. The scent of lavender and the comforting smell of the wood fire added to the experience and created a warm, calming atmosphere.
The setting itself is beautiful and well suited to relaxation. Everything encourages you to slow down, take your time and disconnect. There was no sense of being rushed, and the overall environment made it easy to enjoy every part of the morning.
What made the visit especially memorable was being able to share it as a family. It was a lovely opportunity for my mother, my sister, my wife and me to spend quality time together in such a peaceful place. We all agreed that it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable spa experiences we have had.
Natur’Eau Spa is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a quiet retreat, professional massage treatments and a welcoming atmosphere. We were very impressed by the quality of the service, the calm environment and the attention provided by the staff.

Perfect.
Nice time with friends. Super massage performed by Isabelle. We had a mini house "The Cedar". Very functional, super clean. Difficulty with the home but the service was proactive. Offered us another home or compensation. Note that in mini houses there is no network for cellulair and internet. It is perfect as well Beautiful team. To be done again. Thank you!!!

It's wonderful to find a place to listen to the silence, reflect and feel like a part of nature itself.

Beautiful center with several hot baths and relaxation places. Competent staff (customer service/massage/cook/etc).

This time, for Mother's Day.
I thought the place would have been crowded, especially since children were admitted in the morning. Big and happy surprise, this was not the case, I imagine thanks to the efficient management of reservations.
In addition, special mention should be made to the children present who respected the center's instructions.

Amazing get away 1.5 hour from Montreal
This is a well designed spa in the mountains with pools and relaxing yurt, aromatherapy room and treatments. THe level of service and treatments is exceptional for its rural location. I had a massage and facial and both were top quality! The pool experience is lovely and no talking - very relaxing.Open all year long.
