The hotel was immaculate and the service was superb. We felt like royalty, not the weary travelers we were. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed to eat in if we wanted (but we ate out)! Will definitely be returning.

Great rooms, terrible food
We took a 2-night family trip to the Westin Tremblant.
We'll start with the exceptional : the room. We took the family suite in order for our 2 kids to have their separate room from us. The rooms are reasonably priced, look freshly renovated, full clean kitchen, comfortable beds. Really, nothing but positive comments to say. Friendly check-in staff, valet, and room service staff.
The common areas are also great. The kids spent half the time at the pool, which is more than spacious enough for the amount of guests. The opening hours for the pool are from 10AM to 8PM which, for early risers like us, is a little limiting. Also reduces the possibility of enjoying the pool on the day you check out.
The only major complaint would be the quality of the food. If you've got celiac's like myself, there is nothing in the menu or in the way the waiter's interact that gives much confidence that your food will be gluten free. Also, if you think you're going to get fine dining, think again. My 12 year old daughter can do better. After having tried 3 meals at the Leo and Margaux in the hotel, we chose to start crossing the street to the Quintessence for our meals. Very much worth the 2 minute walk.
So long story short, great accommodations but terrible food. Enjoy your meals elsewhere and you'll have a great time.

We decided to celebrate our 25 anniversary at the Westin and advised the hotel such. We received a very warm greeting upon our arrival. However,when we asked for a late checkout for noon (checkout time is 11am) which is historically automatically granted, the manager Hussain refused. Unfortunately, a very surprising and disappointing end to our weekend

That weekend, the hotel was fully booked and operating with reduced inventory due to ongoing renovations, making it impossible to accommodate checkout extensions for any departing guest. Late checkout, including for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, is always subject to availability — and unfortunately, availability did not allow it on that occasion.
