A generic Hilton hotel better suited for business travel.

The hotel is a standard Doubletree by Hilton. It is large and quite busy. The staff in general is not warm or helpful. The room is high up and looks out to the performing theater area. It is easy to get to public transportation. The breakfast is generic and very busy. Overall this is a hotel more for business than leisure purposes.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the room every day. Our stay was during the Jazz Festival and we had a great experience listening to the music and making new friends.

This hotel is perfect location for our visit to the Montreal Jazz Festival. We will definitely be back again. Staff was very good, checkin and checkin was no problem, parking very well organized and fair value. Good overall choice for downtown Montreal.

Bonjour from Montreal!

Beautiful hotel smack dab in the middle of Montreal.
Check in was fast, staff friendly. Love that doubletree welcome cookie.
Room was comfortable and clean. Swimming pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty to chose from.
Overall a very nice Doubletree and a much better from the Crowne Plaza where is previously had stayed.

Great location and spacious rooms however - hotel could use a face lift. We stayed on the 15th floor and there were broken walls and areas in the hallway that need urgent upkeep. The rooms need more lighting
