Little confusing when you first get in as there’s no signing saying customer parking.
Elevators:
If you use the ones in the main lobby they are a good size and fairly quick. We said at the other end of the hotel on the second floor and the elevator was very small and took forever!
Air conditioning:
The hallways were soooo hot! You would be sweating just waiting for the elevators. Also, our rooms air conditioning never kept the room cold, we were hot more than not. I did speak to the front desk about this and they said someone was going to take a look (no idea if that happened as we were gone for the day)
Door Lock/Key Card:
Twice we got locked out of our room because my daughter accidentally touched the lock on the back of the door before shutting it. If you do this and not “reset it”, which we were told about after the second time, maintenance or someone at the front desk needs to let you in. It was very frustrating!
Room:
We had a double bed with pull out couch and kitchenette. Bed was good, pillows were a bit too soft for me. My daughters said the pull out couch was horrible. One daughter ended up sleeping with me and the other just slept on the couch. Also, they did not have any dish cloths or cup towels to wash and dry your dishes. I asked Josie keeping and they said they didn’t have those. I think that this is needed if you’re going to have a Kitchenette.
Overall we has a great stay, kids said the pool was nice and heated. I would stay again.
