Perfect location for two nights

Was in North Bay for a baseball tournament. Room was dated. Bathroom needed some upgrades. Room was clean, bed was perfect. Had everything I needed fridge, microwave, air, coffee maker and clean sheets, towels, hand towels and facecloths. Very friendly staff on check in. Price okay. I think most motels or hotels are over priced. It was way cheaper then any of the other hotels in this area.

Very clean old building but in very good shape very clean can walk to everywhere it was good place will stay again

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Close walking distance to the waterfront. The motel is older but the room and bathroom were very clean and the ac worked great. Lots of parking

For a 2-night stay at a reasonable price, it was okay and gave me a place to sleep. But there were quite a few issues.
The mattress was terrible, the duvet was polyester and wasn't even in a cover, and the sheets were rough and scratchy. The toilet paper was so thin it felt like tissue paper. The bath towels weren't really bath towels at all, they were so small they barely wrapped around me and felt more like hand towels.
The room also wasn't cleaned properly. I found hairs on the shower wall and there was a sticky spot on the floor.
When I went to check out, nobody was at the front desk, the office door was locked, and I had to buzz the intercom twice before someone finally came down.
The one positive was the location. It's a short walk to Main Street and the waterfront.

You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates.
We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves.
