Last minute booking, due to a power outage. So easy to book, staff at hotel at check in were very kind and prompt with getting us our room keys etc.

Two elevators in the entire hotel for 15 floors and 2 levels of parking. Be prepared for long lines, housekeeping trolleys, and take the stairs if you can.

15 storeys, 2 parking levels, and only 2 working elevators = a hotel experience with LONG LINES

There were two working elevators for the entire building. No service elevators, either, so if housekeeping had their cart in the elevator you had to squeeze around it or wait.
Given this was a 17 storey building - 2 parking levels and 15 floors (even a 13th floor), having two working elevators is a complete joke.
The hotel itself is adequate, similar to most other Courtyard by Marriott hotels. Staff is good. The buffet breakfast was amazing, which is why I’m giving it a higher rating than it deserves.

Clean room, clean bathroom.very comfortable bed.
It was missing toiletries in bathroom. Travelling with just a carry on on airplane ,limits your liquids like scope and hand cream.
I will know for next time.

Great hotel. Quick cab to downtown. Not a lot of close walking options for dining but easy access to downtown
