Great place to stay. Located within walking distances to most tourist attractions. Paid breakfast at the Urban cafe was good.

The hotel is clean and decent. Staffs are friendly.
Though, if you request for a late check out, they will charge you 20 dollars. In my travels, I have never experienced it.haha
Otherwise, my overall stay is good.

Great Place

Just returned from a 8 night stay. We were welcomed by Kevin and check in was quick and easy. Parking is easy even with a SUV and parking is secure. Our suite was on the nineth floor with a great view. Our suite was very clean and it is so nice to have a balcony to sit on and windows that you can open. We brought with us to folding camping chairs and spent a lot of time reading on the balcony. We have stayed here many times and all the staff are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. We will be back again.

Hotel was great in that the 2 bedroom we rented had enough space for our family. That said, the grange under the sink in our room was overflowing and there was trash in the hall for more than 24 hours. Struck us as a busy place that needs more attention to detail.
It’s right downtown across the street from a mall, and on the other side a shelter. Urban location comes with its share of characters and color but the lobby and elevator were well secured.

Overall good experience and as listed. Check-in was not a good experience. Went to check in and told our room was not ready. Told to come back in half an hour. We came back an hour later only to be told the room was still not ready and they were unsure when it would be ready. Not an ideal experience with three children.
