We have stayed here before and weren't disappointed. The hotel is great, rooms very clean and well supplied, staff very helpful and friendly. The pool was a bonus and free parking. The location was the best!

Does anyone have standards of service?

Doubtful we will be back.
We were there for 3 nights.
Room was tidied the first day.
Second, no clean towels, no coffee, no coffee cups, looks like they started garbage clean up but decided to leave their full bag in the room.
Beds not made, no water glasses.
It was terribly disappointing when we got back at 10:30 pm from a full draining day saying good bye to my dear mother who passed a few days before.
Upon check out, I definitely spoke loud and clear about their lack of service.
Sadly I didn’t get much of a response one way or another.
An apology or recognition would have made a huge difference.
For $400.00 a night, I expect better. Much better.
100% won’t be back and will do my best to pass their lack of hospitality on to fellow travellers.

The floor was sticky and I had to use Lysol wipes to wipe the entire floor. All wipes turned black. When I mentioned this to the front desk so the housekeeping would be aware of this, the front desk staff was very causal about the complaint.
The walls are thin so I could hear people walking by in the hallway or when they closed the doors. I could also hear people walking above us.
The common area of the hotel is clean and well maintained. The roof top is a surprise. However, it's not worth $400 a night.

My Go To Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very organized. There was no waiting for anything at the check-in and the restaurant. The Four Points by Sheraton Penticton is definitely my go to hotel when I attend next event.

Location was great. Housekeeping was 8/10 just minor things like crumbs on couch.
