Charming place and well-maintained property. Room and bathrooms are very clean. Hosts are very welcoming.

Nice place to stay

We arrived at our earliest time, as poor weather shortened our day. They were very welcoming and gave us options of available rooms. All three looked great. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. If you need a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend it.

Summer vacation as a couple, riding the motorcycle

Nice room, lovely hosts, they know all the history about their home (1905!!!), he is a motorcyclist as I am so he gave us the must sees from Val-Brillant all around the peninsula. Place is clean, easy to find, 5-min walk to the lake. Excellent, terrific breakfast. Wife is so good with customers.... I would return anytime. A kilometer behind the B&B is La Vallée de la Framboise. You've got to go and buy some products made of small fruits such as the raspberry (gelly, wine, etc).

Talk about a find!

My friends and I chose this excellent B&B through a combination of agreeable distance from the previous evening and Trip Advisor reviews. We had already got over the surprise of rather more shared bathrooms around Quebec (it's not a problem) and were delighted with our cozy bedrooms and views across the lake.
But more to the point, it was our finest breakfast in Quebec - not too much, a lovely range of choices - and Sylvain was both hospitable and helpful with his advice. Apart from Shirley's superb breakfast, our biggest surprise was the very modest cost. Highly recommended.

Amazing BnB

This is definitely a hidden little gem! It is in an amazing location for skiing Val d’Irene 10 mins to the hill, the rooms are spacious and VERY clean, and the hosts are absolutely amazing!!! Shirley & Sylvain were extremely welcoming and accommodating!! The breakfast were soooo yummy!!! They are also a knowledgeable ski family and a lifesaver with an awesome wax job on our skis for a smokin price and discounts on lift tickets!! All around this place is amazing and we can’t wait to return next year!!!
