The pool is a little small and you must reserve and can only reserve a 30-min time slot at a time. They will, of course, grant you an extended stay if the pool isn't busy (which it wasn't), but an odd little quirk nonetheless.
The room had no safe and more importantly, no deadbolt. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff was a helpful, and the complementary breakfast was more than satisfactory. Ask to stay on the top floor if allergic to animals as the top floor is animal-free.

Everything was excellent! The complimentary breakfast was awesome, with a great selection of food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was also great to have coffee and other beverages available 24 hours a day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I always enjoy leaving positive hotel reviews because it usually means I had a great experience. Unfortunately, I can't do that for this hotel.
The highlights were the coffee machine and the EV charging options (though charging is paid). Those were probably the only aspects that stood out in a positive way.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was disorganized, noisy, and frankly not inviting at all. The pastries were dry, the food selection felt questionable, and the entire experience needs significant improvement. Instead of being a good start to the day, it made us want to leave as quickly as possible.
We were assigned a room on the first floor, and our view was directly of the road and a construction area. There was very little privacy, which made the room feel less comfortable.
The location is acceptable, but nothing particularly special. We stayed for four nights, which gave us plenty of time to experience what the hotel had to offer, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience overall.
While the coffee machine and EV charging were appreciated, they weren't enough to make up for the poor breakfast, lack of privacy, and overall disappointing stay. I would not choose this hotel again.

The pool was dirty. The breakfast was so terrible that I can’t even put it into words. The rooms had hair and accumulated dust around the beds.
We had booked the rooms for two nights but we ended up leaving after the first night. While we were in the pool, a staff member told us that we could only stay for a maximum of 30 minutes before the next group had to take their turn. The pool had a maximum capacity of 10 people at a time, yet it was so dirty that I was still scratching four days after our stay.
I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this place is great! Staff is very welcoming and the breakfast offers great choices. The location is great if you want to go shopping at Les Galeries.
The rooms are also very clean.
