The staff was nice and friendly. The room had been updated. I have stayed at this hotel before and this time the room was in better shape. Newer carpet and newer furniture. The carpets in the common areas are terrible and the base boards have been ripped off.

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It is very nicely located to be able to walk to the Roughrider's games (which was our main reason for choosing it). They were able to give us a room and hour early. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good (but you do have to pay extra for it). The hotel (at least floors 2 and 3) is under remodeling. All the trim is off and it has a very "new carpet" odor.

The good - nice helpful staff and clean, nice rooms. The bad - hallways were dark and walls and carpet are overdue for fixing/replacing. The pool was gross, discoloured water and it seemed like Algae. Restaurant quality was all over the map. From great to terrible over the 5 days I was there. If they did a renovation I would go back, mainly because the staff were great and it’s a good location.

this hotel is not up to Sheraton standards. The walls are thin, you can hear everything in the hallways. they are currently renovating hallways which look terrible. rooms are updated. BUT worst of all the hotel is next to train tracks , and the train horns blast at all times during the night, one day starting at 4 am and the second from midnight onwards. Staff were gracious. They moved my room to a "quieter area" , which made absolutely no difference . I had to leave and get a different hotel to get any sleep at all. They charged me for 3 nights even though I had complained on the first day and told them I needed to leave.

Very disappointing

This hotel is in horrible condition. It is very dirty, hot tub closed, pool dirty.
Room had musty smell, windows and blind dirty. They are renovating, but did not advise us till we arrived.
We were very disappointed, and it left us with a very bad impression of Regina.
We found the hotel directly the day before and made a booking. We were not advised of the renovation or the hot tub being closed.
The staff clearly felt bad and they were doing a good job, but the state of the building is horrible.
