Are stay at this hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel to relax and enjoy.

I didn't stay because I haven't found it clean place to stay.
I just looked at the room and decided to loose almost $300 but not take bed bugs home!

The place was peaceful and quiet, and the staff were very accommodating, which we truly appreciated. I did experience something during the night that made me a bit uncomfortable. Around 3:30 AM, when I woke up to use the washroom, I noticed a few small bugs on the pillow. I removed them, but it worried me enough that I stayed awake for a while to make sure there weren’t any more. I ended up sleeping with the lights on just to feel safe.
I also think it would be helpful if the terrace area—especially the table and chairs—could be wiped down before guests arrive, as it would make the space feel even more welcoming.
Overall, the stay had many peaceful aspects, and with a bit more attention to cleanliness, it could be even better.

The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from. If this did not happen I would give this spa a 5 star rating. The rest of my stay was excellent...the room...the fireplace...the river view spectacular!...Thank you to Jean Guy and Elisa for yoga and Mageline for the suberp massage...I did not get to try the hot baths or other amenities but there were always people using these facilities...next time!...thank you Also to Princess Marie and Patricia at the front desk j'ai bien pratiquer mon francais.

Not a good experience
We stayed at this property for two nights.
At first glance, the setting is pleasant, but we quickly notice that the place has remained in its juice and lacks maintenance and love.
We thought we had access to the spa, but everything was extra. After visiting the spas, we were disturbed by the constant noise of the main road located right next door. Finally, we preferred to go to the Strom Spa, just 10 minutes away, for the same price and a much more relaxing experience.
Our room was a disappointment: old, without charm or decoration. Breakfast included was a pouch with two slices of plastic cake, two yogurts, two apples, two mini juices and cereal in a ziplock bag — really not up to it and I realize I’m not the only one complaining about it on Google reviews.
The terrace was totally lacking in life: no flowers, no decoration, and only one relaxing chair while the room is planned for two people. It was impossible to enjoy a drink in the evening because the outdoor light did not work. Worse still, a nail was sticking out of the floor and hurt my toe.
Several details reinforced this feeling of neglect: a broken mosquito net, a lampshade that holds with tape and faces directly, the installation of air conditioning cobbled together with tape, an aging bathroom with damaged furniture, almost empty soap, a stained towel and a foul smell from sinks. The shower lacked pressure and had no support to lay the products. The coffee machine was dirty.
In the morning, it’s hard to rest because of the sound of a lawnmower.
In summary, we found the price far too high for the quality offered.
The only positive: the bed was comfortable.

Wow le même texte partout: Expedia, Google review, Trip Advisor! Vous vouliez vraiment que les gens "sachent" que vous avez vécu une terrible expérience! Pour le bénéfice des internautes, je tiens à préciser que vous avez réservé sur Expedia, plateforme de réservation qui n'offre pas l'accès à nos spas et que c'est bien écrit sur leur page que ce n'est pas inclus.
Autre chose à rajouter? je ne pense pas, tout à été dit dans ma réponse sur Expedia. Bonne continuité!
