The staff are wonderful specially the front desk, willing to accommodate your needs, in come of cleaning, our room is not that clean seen couple hair in the bed and in the bathroom. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool

This property has potential. The rooms were quite clean, but the carpets in hallways and common spaces need attention.

Nice looking hotel. I imagine it was amazing in the day has had a Reno but they didn't necessarily do the best job in some places
Would still be a hotel I would recommend if you wanted group pictures.
Breakfast was horrible late and expensive
they had a buffet that might have been good but there wasn't a discount even if you were staying in the hotel for it And it was stupidly expensive ordered off the menu The staff told me that they were so busy and that's why breakfast was late. Meanwhile, over half of the tables were empty.
Room service was good fairly quick + Had a fair price.

Not so good they put me in a room where it was at the end of the hall long way to walk and my request to get different room was denied

No Bar , room was good but night staff at front desk was very new I think and inexperienced as well. I asked if room we had was close to elevator. When I asked that question things took FOREVER to complete the check in.
Next morning was great experience with front desk staff.
