Great stay

I recently stayed at the Best Western Peace Arch Inn and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

There was noisy neighbors, upstairs.We stayed there 4 nights.We complained every night they promised to move them and never did.Don't stay here worse.Place ever.The staff is totally unqualified for the positions and did nothing to help.I ask for a manager and was told no

We had a good experience for about the first 6 hours. And then there were people above us every night at 11 PM, they would wake us up, stomping around, and then again at 6 AM stomping around when we had a kid who had Soccer So to be honest, our 4 nights day was the most terrible thing ever, with no help from the staff, we complained multiple times They said they would fix it and it never got fixed on the first night.Not the second night, not the third night.The fourth night was absolutely horrible.We are already to get home and have a good night's sleep.This was the worst experience i've ever had.

Breakfast: the potatoes were soggy, no scrambled eggs only hard boiled, they need some nondairy options for milk.

The room was clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is the same food everyday at least they need to have two different food not only one food everyday so the management should work on it, and the parking lots were also clean
