Brand new hotel in a fantastic location. With incredible guest service!

The new Homewood Suites in Central Surrey is fantastic. A beautiful new building, and in an amazing location. Finding the hotel and parking was a breeze. Upon arrival, we were greeted like family by Ruby. She was genuinely happy to see us and share some info about the beautiful new property. Check in and the breakfast lounge are located on the 25th floor with some stellar views. Every morning of our stay, Jessely greeted us for breakfast (which had various choices and delicious offerings). She was so friendly and patient. We also had kind assistance from Shivani during our stay, another wonderful associate willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest happiness. In fact, every staff member we met had a smile on their face and offered the assistance. The room was spacious, modern and the view was incredible. This new hotel is a gem and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top tier stay in a central location. Thank you for making our short stay an incredible one!

They hadn't swept the room—or perhaps they had done so haphazardly, as there was some scattered debris on the floor. The sheets and towels were quite clean.

Reservation was prepaid but they double charged us. Desk staff assured us the pending charge would be removed but it went through. Now we will have to fight a chargeback.
