More an Air B&B than a hostel.

Our agency had offered us another hostel that I replaced with the galouine for 70€ more for 2 nights at 3. Very spacious room, kitchen and bathroom very well. Private parking but breakfast to pick up at Welcoming in boxes..... I like hostels for the friendly side, here impossible.

Unforgettable stay in a picturesque town

2 nights in studio in La Galouine, spacious accommodation with equipped kitchen and smart TV. We felt good.
Everything started well with a warm Welcoming and wise advice on the spots to see!
The breakfast meets expectations with a croissant that is nothing to envy those of France.
We talked to the boss and his staff, I don't recognize myself at all in the awful comments. The whole team was friendly and helpful.
Indeed the restaurant activity is stopped but there are so many good addresses around.
Ideally located near the port and the heart of Tadoussac, bonus car parking is important in the city!

Forget it.

The site is mouthwatering, beautiful wooden terrace with umbrella.Except that it is only a facade, the restaurant is firm, the terrace closed , umbrellas non-existent .you are welcomed at last,when you do not have to wait,in a small room a little neglected,or trone a mini wooden counter ,maybe fall there by chance.Then you were invited to head alone to an annex located only a few blocks away.The is the surprise,an old building that we forgot to paint,a corridor deco fanee 80 ,3 rooms on each side.
The space is tiny , the wifi does not work,or jumps constantly,the shower extractor makes a terrible noise,the air conditioning just above the head of the bed ,in short if have to go to Tadoussac,go ahead if you want,but especially do not stop there otherwise at your risks and parsleys.

It's very simple, but enough to start the day
The room is absolutely correct

Hello.
The restaurant is closed since 2024 pity1. everything is perfect for accommodation. The rooms are cozy and well located, close to everything, parking and lunch box are offered free of charge to guests who book directly with the Hostel. Croissant cooked on site and fresh coffee every morning.
Impeccable cleanliness in the rooms, perfect welcome. 10/10 for our situation.
We stayed in a new room, very large room.
