Nicest towneplace I’ve stayed at but bonvoy benefits denied

I stayed at the Towneplace suites in tecumseh for three nights for business. The hotel is just off the highway and is fairly new. Check in was quick and efficient and friendly, and I was given a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite for my titanium status. Aesthetically it’s probably the nicest towneplace suites that I’ve ever stayed in.
The room was very large and well appointed The bed was very comfortable. The gym was spacious. Breakfast was typical but varied which was nice.
The only downfall was the checkout experience where my guaranteed late checkout was denied. When I pointed out it was guaranteed for titanium elite as it was not a convention or resort hotel, it was still denied with staff stating that they had given too many late checkout and she’d get into trouble. I understand that these timings can affect housekeeping and check-ins etc, but it’s frustrating when something that is a benefit, and is guaranteed, isn’t honoured.
A decent hotel, and probably fine if you don’t need a late check out, but I’ll likely find a different hotel next time.

Best hotel in Windsor. They keep the rooms and property extremely clean. The rooms are sized right and provide just enough space to be comfortable for short to longer term stays. The staff are all very welcoming and hospitable. The property has plenty of parking and it’s a safe area. Complementary breakfast is a great way to start your day and it’s made fresh.

super clean, spacious, EV car friendly. Could be a little loud at night, hearing people passing the door, but overall very enjoyable stay

This is a new hotel and it showed. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely my first choice for future visits to the area.
