We had the pleasure of staying at the Nobu Toronto Hotel for 10 nights, from 20th to 30th July, in the beautiful Mizu Suite, with breakfast included as part of our stay.
All we can say is that our experience was absolutely exceptional. From the hotel’s prime location to its luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and incredible staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
The entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our visit memorable. They assisted us with every aspect of our trip, always going above and beyond with professionalism and kindness.
A special mention must go to the team at the Sakura Lounge, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. Their friendliness and exceptional customer service made every morning a pleasure. Akarshith and his team looked after us wonderfully throughout our stay, ensuring every detail was perfect. On the morning of our early trip to Niagara Falls, they had our breakfast prepared and waiting for us as soon as we arrived. They even thoughtfully packed a selection of pastries for us to take on our journey—a lovely surprise that we hadn’t requested and greatly appreciated. It’s these thoughtful gestures that truly set this hotel apart.
Our Mizu Suite was simply phenomenal. The views were breathtaking, overlooking the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, the Toronto Islands, and the stunning Lake Ontario. Housekeeping visited twice daily, and every detail of the suite was impeccably maintained throughout our stay.
We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but Nobu Toronto has set a remarkably high standard. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and cannot wait to return to a Nobu Hotel in a different destination.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Toronto was exceptional.

The room was beautifully designed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable—everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding service. The team consistently went above and beyond, with thoughtful complimentary touches and little surprises that made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would happily return and highly recommend Nobu Hotel Toronto to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
