Apartment was very clean with everything we needed and more. Location was ideal for walking to Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Centre, Union Station, waterfront and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and floor was quiet. Being our 2nd time staying here, we intend to continue booking at this location for our future visits to Toronto. Highly recommend GlobalStay!

could not access room. No help was forthcoming even though I contacted all available contacts. I had to book another hotel room elsewhere for the night. Never got access to the room I paid for. This is wrong.8

A different checkin process that what you're used to, but it worked out in the end. Great views, clean space and good amenities.

Checking in progress is slow and complicated. With no personal support on the other side, it’s terrible to just wait in the middle of night.
