Poline - lovely housekeeping service
Poline is such a kind, warm, and hardworking young lady. She always greeted us with a genuine smile, treated us with great respect, and took pride in keeping our room beautifully clean and comfortable. Her attention to detail and caring nature never went unnoticed.
It’s rare to come across someone who carries out their work with such sincerity and kindness. She is a real credit to the hotel, and her dedication deserves to be recognised. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family.

Wonderful Exprience
I consistently choose the Centara Hotel West Bay whenever I am seeking relaxation and a peaceful environment. During my recent visit, I was pleased to receive an upgrade, and the receptionist was, as always, welcoming and professional.
