Excellent service, amazing team! ❤️
I would like to congratulate and thank the entire hotel team for their exceptional professionalism and hospitality, from the reception team to security and the valet team.
My family and I stayed at the hotel for one month, and we truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention we received throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to Anthony and Sajid for their kindness, availability, and excellent service.
The hotel truly lived up to our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and are leaving with a very positive impression of the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work and for making our one-month stay so enjoyable and memorable

Not family-friendly — very disappointing
We stayed here with friends and family, booking three accommodations for two days, and unfortunately felt unwelcome simply because we had young children aged 1–5.
At the pool, management asked the lifeguard—not us directly—to tell us to keep our children quiet, despite them simply playing and laughing normally. The lifeguard looked embarrassed and apologetic about having to deliver this unreasonable message. If management had a concern, they should have had the courtesy and professionalism to speak to us directly.
We were also approached twice at our rooms about noise. Of course, we respect other guests, but expecting very young children to behave as though they are an adult is unrealistic.
The biggest issue is that none of these strict expectations were communicated before booking. Had we known, we would have chosen another hotel.
Families should never feel like they have to apologise simply because their children are being children. Unfortunately, our experience here made us feel exactly that way. This was our first stay, and it will definitely be our last. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families who expect to feel welcomed and respected.

A Wonderful Stay at Dusit Hotel Suites
Dusit Hotel Suites is truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. What makes the experience even better is the exceptional hospitality of the staff.
A special mention goes to Anthony, who truly deserves praise. As returning guests, it was wonderful to be recognized and welcomed so warmly. Anthony remembered us, greeted us personally, and made sure we were comfortably settled into our rooms. His genuine care and attention to detail made our arrival feel very special.
The rooms are beautifully designed, with a warm and elegant style that makes us feel as though we are staying in a classical Qatari house, while still enjoying all the comfort of a luxury hotel.
And, as always, the lobby is a sight to behold—beautiful, impressive, and full of character.
A big thank you to the entire team at Dusit Hotel Suites for consistently making our stays memorable. We are happy to be returning guests and look forward to coming back again.

Very cool and quiet
The stay was very cool and family vibes, the staff very kind, friendly and helpful. There breakfast is in your room not bufett. Very near to City center mall 5 minutes walking.
