Beautiful new hotel in great location with special views and lovely staff. Tastefully decorated room. Only thing we didn’t realise is it is a dry hotel, which we did not expect from a 5 star new hotel, which is the reason for the 4 star review instead of 5.

The Staff are exceptional especially Seray the duty manager who sorted out the big error made by Expedia when I booked. The breakfast staff were very helpful, attentive and made us feel very welcomed. We had our room upgraded at no extra cost and the room was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful view. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The hotel location is great.
Cleaning good, daily clean of the rooms fresh towels and bed change.
Staff really polite starting from the front desk, cleaning team and catering.
Wee definitely recommend this hotel and will return.
The hotel restaurant Azal was really good with great staff and nice food.
Thank you for a great stay!
